This Irish-American hot Ceapaire is composed of grilled Marble Rye Bread, sliced Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, Sauerkraut, and Thousand Island Dressing.

SMOKED TURKEY RACHAEL - $9
A twist on the classic Reuben Ceapaire, with Smoked Turkey Breast, creamy Coleslaw, Thousand Island Dressing, and Swiss Cheese, between two slices of grilled Marble Rye Bread.

HARD CIDER PULLED PORK BBQ - $7
Pork Shoulder Picnic braised in Hard Cider, then pulled and tossed with our Whiskey BBQ Sauce and piled high on top of a grilled Kaiser Roll, topped off with Cole Slaw.

MOLLY'S BEEF DIP CEAPAIRE - $10
Slow and low cooked Bottom Round Roast that is shaved thin, on a grilled Kaiser Roll topped with crispy Fried Onions and Pepper Jack Cheese. Served with Au Jus.

BURGERS

All Borgaires (Burgers) are 8 oz. Prime Ground Chuck Burgers. They can be substituted with a Turkey Burger or MorningStar Vegetable Bean Burger, and served with your choice of one side: House-made Potato Chips, Spiral Fries, Onion Rings, Cup of Soup, Coleslaw, Side House Salad, or side Caesar Salad.

THE MOLLYWOOD - $10
Our take on the Hollywood Burger. Served on a grilled Kaiser Roll with crisp Romaine Lettuce, sliced Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Green Bell Pepper.

AMERICAN IRISH BARBECUE - $14
In Ireland, if you say you're having a Barbecue, it most often means Burgers on the grill. In America, we most often think of Smoked Pork Products. So, we decided to top our Burger with house-made Pulled Pork and Coleslaw on a grilled Kaiser Roll.

PASTA

Pasta dishes include fresh homemade Pappardelle and served with a Side Salad or Side Caesar Salad and warm Soda Bread.

CHICKEN MADEIRA - $18
Sautéed sliced Chicken Breast, Button Mushrooms, and Onions in a rich Madeira Wine Pan Gravy, tossed with our house Pasta.

BLACKEN CHICKEN ALFREDO - $19
Fresh Chicken Breast dredged in Cajun Spice and blackened in a cast iron pan over fresh Pasta, tossed in a Creamy Alfredo Sauce.

HARD CIDER BRAISED BBQ PORK RAGU - $17
Our slow-cooked Hard Cider Pulled Pork, tossed with Whiskey BBQ and our fresh Pasta. Topped with sautéed Granny Smith Apples and crispy Fried Onions.

Tenderloin Beef Tips, sautéed Onions, and Button Mushrooms tossed in a Bailey's Irish Creme Beef Gravy over our house-made Pasta.
